Make GetStringTableData native binary-safe (#1232)

regex: add/document missing offset param (#1175) 
* Regex Little Changes

* Prevented to triple and double call `strlen`.
* More informative message on `if (offset >= len)`.
* Add missing parametr in navite `MatchRegex`.

22635d8d35 Add File.Flush methodmap (#1056) 
This allows us to do FileHandle.Flush() instead of FlushFile(FileHandle) and maintain consistency in always using methodmaps for file I/O operations.
