replacing reliance on alias for connecting with steam native connect command. downloading maps through sourcemod saying the nextmap. should assure that bots are connected much faster from now on in almost all cases.

removed unused files related to x2go, switched from x2go to tigervnc (GLX 1.3 issue?), had to give up on headless textmode, instead now limiting cpu usage simply since it cant be headless any longer.

added socket close when exiting. added pkill to users pid to clear /dev/shm. added exit post program to kill with pkill again due to atexit handler not responding to signals from outside python
