eae6109b87 if a player picks a zombie boss then the kill will count now. also added a capacity allowing some players to play as zombies instead of humans voluntarily

895c9639d6 added extra rtv requirements. we add more rtv's on lower player count than on higher player count. so its harder to rtv with an empty server and less difficult on a full. was requested by some admins
