  • Limited notify hud msg to 80 chars, limited it to once per frame and added sm_propspawner_notify_shot 2 which sends the message in console, in case people still crash.
  • Added sm_propspawner_tier_requirement and sm_propspawner_button_tier_requirement to prevent low tier players from griefing on couch events.

Repurpose g_aSpawnedProps, and remove some no longer needed stuff 6268e9ed19
