* Migrate CDataPack from a Cassette Tape.

Tested-By: Headline22.

* Remove last IsReadable param pass.

* populate len still if CDataPack::ReadString is unreadable or the wrong type.

* Fyren Fixes(TM)(R)(C).

* Deprecate IDataPack.
