4d89283924 string functions in the VM are now compatible with packed strings 
added a StringToLocal UTF-8 version to the VM

55b590cb8e reorganized ungen opcode stuff 
fixed mislabeled ungen ops, then added appropriate notes
added executable memory functions to API
compilation results in an sp_context_t, not a BaseContext now
renamed FreeContextVars() to FreeContext()
other minor changes
