David Anderson eb0a4bda94 - fixed a bug where the stack was restored incorrectly when the VM was not capable of properly restoring the stack (i.e. when an error occurred)

David Anderson a9b04f391f fixed bug amb779 - CS:S was freeing CBaseEntity pointers before client disconnect. IsClientInGame() checks now include a CBaseEntity validity check for safety measure. This will fix GetClientName() sometimes crashing on mapchange.
