- Removed batsupport extension
- Made EVERY makefile consistent with the changes originally made to the sample extensions's makefile
- Sample MM:S extension now uses unified makefile
- Various innumerable changes to VS project files

shiny new Makefiles with new build procedure. i've removed ep1+mms16 support for now. i've also removed -fPIC since it's useless bloat on modern x86.
