Scott Ehlert	c9a81c0651	- Fixed amb1802: Crash when client was disconnected as a result of false being returned in OnClientConnect and a function that operated on this client was used. A client's connection state was not reset when this happened. ... - Removed IForwardFilter due to overall horribleness (should be safe since no one seems to use it).
