Enhanced Sourcepawn GeSHi generation script

* Added a few missing keywords.
* Added better preprocessor, number, and string control char highlighting.
* Added default tab width (of 4 spaces).
* Fixed parsing of some enum values.
* Changed keywords to be case sensitive.
* Changed colors to be more sane.
