Scott Ehlert f08ce7f62f Oh god, Spring Cleaning Part San (3) - Finaare 
- Removed batsupport extension
 - Made EVERY makefile consistent with the changes originally made to the sample extensions's makefile
 - Sample MM:S extension now uses unified makefile
 - Various innumerable changes to VS project files
