+ Windows Vista: 	 C:\Users\<user>\Application Data

+ Under Application Data, go to Subversion.  Open the "config" file with a text editor.

+LINUX: 
+ Open ~/.subversion/config with your favorite text editor.

+Under [miscellany], uncomment this line:
